my time to rant. i'm freaking scared about the "war on terror". caitlin's right. our false sense of security is gone and we should be safe now, right? wrong. saddam's probably not going to go away. at the push of a button, he could kill off the western world. and it's not like america is going to drop a nuke on iraq, because theres innocent citizens there and we're not "about that". true, but how the hell are we supposed to get to hussein? he's got about a billion doubles all over iraq and people eating bites of his food before he eats. unless there's a major change in the way these dumbass weapons inspectors work, as in wire them with paper thin bombs and send one in that we don't like and blow up saddam's golden palace. i still don't understand why we didnt rig up dan rathers or whoever that was that interviewed saddam, and blow saddam up right then and there. but i know, dont tell me, i know the iraqi guards probably strip searched everyone while they were there.

also, like caitlin said, i want to know about how the INS is helping about the hundreds of expired visas in our country, just waiting for a war to start and wreak havoc on everything. but i'm not scared. as i see it, us citizens are doing everything we can to prevent terrorism. i'm not going to be like my dad and be afraid to fly on a plane. osama bin laden already accomplished his goal by making us scared for over a year. a quote. bin laden said: "we have accomplished our goal if americans and their children never have a restful sleep for a long time." well you failed. i sleep soundly every night.
